Frequently asked questions

Does Rolvera use AI?

Yes. Ria runs on AI. The difference is what she does with it. Ria works with you, not instead of you. She does not apply to jobs behind your back, she does not send messages as you without your say, and she does not make decisions about your future for you. She does the heavy lifting, you stay in charge.

Will Rolvera lie or invent things on my resume?

No. This is the line Ria will not cross. She never adds a job you did not have, a skill you do not own, or a result you did not earn. What she does is take what is real about you and present it as clearly and strongly as the truth allows. Most tools just reword your resume. Ria makes sure the real you comes through, honestly.

Will this get me past the applicant tracking systems?

We will not promise that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. No tool can guarantee a screening result, and a score is not the same as a job. What Ria does is make your resume genuinely strong and genuinely honest, so it represents you well wherever it lands. We focus on real quality, not on gaming a system. Quality is what holds up after the screen, in front of a person.

What is a campaign?

A campaign is your career strategy in action: a focused pursuit of a specific career goal, instead of a pile of applications. Ria runs it with you, tells you what to do next, and keeps it moving while you get on with your life.

Isn't applying to more jobs the way to win?

Volume works against you on both ends. Employers see your application in a pile of hundreds that look the same. You lose the time to research, tailor, or build a warm path, so nothing carries forward. A focused campaign builds knowledge, relationships, and momentum instead.

Where do the jobs come from?

Two places. Ria discovers roles that fit your direction on her own schedule, and you bring in anything you find yourself: a posting, a company you want even if nothing is posted, or a whole list imported at once. We are not a job board; the work starts once a target enters your campaign, and that is where Ria does her work.

How is Rolvera different from a resume builder or other job tools?

A resume builder gives you a document and stops. Auto-apply tools blast your resume at hundreds of jobs and hope. Rolvera connects the whole thing instead: your resume, your targets, your outreach, and your interview prep, so nothing resets between steps.

Why not just use ChatGPT? It finds jobs now too.

ChatGPT is good at point tasks: finding a posting, polishing a resume, answering a question when you ask it. It does not hold context between sessions or track your targets and conversations unless you re-explain them each time. A campaign needs that persistent coordination: a direction, a tracked list of targets, outreach before applications, and a weekly read on what is actually working. Ria holds that context for you between sessions, so you are not starting over every time you open a new chat.

How much time does this take each week?

Less than the search you would run on your own, because Ria takes the busywork off your plate: surfacing roles that fit, tailoring your resume for each one, and tracking every conversation so nothing gets lost. You still make the calls that matter: deciding what to pursue, reaching out, preparing, and following through. A weekly campaign review gives you a clear snapshot of where things stand and what to focus on next, on top of that ongoing work, not instead of it. The campaign runs on your schedule, not the other way around.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. We never sell it, share it with recruiters or employers, or use it for advertising, because none of those businesses exist here. Your career history, contacts, and conversations exist for one purpose: running your campaign. You can export your data or delete your account and everything in it whenever you choose.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your resume, profile, conversations, and campaign data are used to run your campaign and nothing else. We do not use them to train our AI models, and we do not allow our AI providers to use them for training.

Is there a guarantee?

There is a real refund and no fake promises. Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of your first paid charge, we refund that charge in full. One refund per account. What we will not promise is a job. Nobody honest can. What we promise is that everything Ria produces for you is true, well-supported, and aimed at targets worth your effort.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access through the end of your paid period. If you come back later, your campaign picks up where it left off.

What happens when I land a job?

Congratulations, and the need changes. Dream lets you keep the same foundation you built and shift to a selective, lower-urgency pursuit of the next opportunity, on your terms, instead of closing the account. Moving from Bridge to Dream is not automatic today; you make the switch yourself when you are ready.

Can I get another Free Preview later?

No. The Free Preview is once per person: seven days, two discovery runs, and a real, limited experience of the Rolvera campaign method, including onboarding, resume enhancement, one tailored resume, and Ria. We would rather be clear about that up front than surprise you at the end of it.

What is the Free Preview, and do I need a credit card?

The Free Preview is seven days with two discovery runs: one when you start, and one 48 hours later, so you can see how a campaign works before you commit. No credit card to start. When you are ready for more, you pick the tier that fits your search.

What do the paid tiers include?

Every plan follows the same campaign method. They differ in how much you can run at once, and in your situation. Bridge is for an active, urgent search. Dream is for when you are already employed and can be selective. Pro Campaign and Executive Campaign add more parallel campaigns and deeper preparation, including detailed briefings for your interviews, negotiations, and offer decisions on Executive. For what each plan costs and includes, see the pricing page.

Who is behind Rolvera?

Rolvera is built and run by Andres Velasquez, author of Not What You Meant and principal at Unstated Intent. It is small by design: no investors pushing engagement metrics, no sales team pushing an employer product, one person accountable for every commitment on this page. Your data is exportable and deletable by you at any time, so nothing about your campaign is held hostage to anyone’s roadmap.
